International Journal of Cultural Property is a leading peer-reviewed journal, published quarterly since 1992. The Journal also provides analyses of decisions by international, regional, and national courts and tribunals, and contemporary practice and policies of intergovernmental and national bodies and relevant non-governmental organizations in the field.
