Launched in 2014, Wireless Power Transfer is the first journal dedicated to publishing original research and industrial developments relating to wireless power. The Journal pulls together research from across the field, covering aspects such as RF technology, near-field energy transfer, energy conversion and management, electromagnetic harvesting, novel materials and fabrication techniques, energy storage elements, and RFID-related electronics. WPT covers all methods of wireless power transfer and articles reflect the full diversity of applications for this technology, including mobile communications, medical implants, automotive technology, and spacecraft engineering.
Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA) serves as an international forum for signal and information processing researchers across a broad spectrum of research, ranging from traditional modalities of signal processing to emerging areas where either (i) processing reaches higher semantic levels (e.g., from speech recognition to multimodal human behaviour recognition) or (ii) processing is meant to extract information from datasets that are not traditionally considered signals (e.g., mining of Internet or sensor information).
Cambridge University Press ceases publication of APSIPA Transactions on Signal and Information Processing on completion of Volume 10. From Volume 11 the Journal will be published by NOW Publishers. Please visit the new website at: https://www.nowpublishers.com/SIP
Cambridge University Press will have ceased publication of Knowledge Engineering Review on completion of Volume 40 / 2025. From Issue 1 of Volume 41 / 2026, the Journal is published by Maximum Academic Press. Please visit the new website at: The Knowledge Engineering Review. ReCALL is the journal of the European Association for Computer Assisted Language Learning (EUROCALL). It seeks to fulfil the stated aims of EUROCALL as a whole, i.e. to encourage the use of technology for the learning and teaching of languages and cultures, and especially the promotion and dissemination of innovative research and practice in areas relating to CALL including, but not limited to: Applied Linguistics, Corpus Linguistics, Digital Pedagogy, Digital Literacies, Computer-Mediated Communication, Learning Analytics, Second Language Acquisition, and Educational Science. The journal publishes research articles that report on empirical studies (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods), as well as occasional rigorous meta-analyses or other syntheses or surveys, and papers that make substantial contributions to theoretical, epistemological or methodological debates. Typical subjects for submissions include foreign or second language learning and development in technology-enhanced learning environments and practical applications at developmental stage, with firm theoretical anchoring in CALL; evaluative studies of the potential of technological advances in the delivery of language learning materials and enactment of language learning activities; and discussions of theory, policy or strategy at institutional and disciplinary levels with clear connections to technology-mediated language learning. ReCALL is a Gold Open Access journal.
The primary focus of the journal is on stochastic modelling in the physical and engineering sciences, with particular emphasis on queueing theory, reliability theory, inventory theory, simulation, mathematical finance and probabilistic networks and graphs. Papers on analytic properties and related disciplines are also considered, as well as more general papers on applied and computational probability, if appropriate. Readers include academics working in statistics, operations research, computer science, engineering, management science and physical sciences as well as industrial practitioners engaged in telecommunications, computer science, financial engineering, operations research and management science.

Theory and Practice of Logic Programming is a fully gold open access journal. It emphasizes both the theory and practice of logic programming. Logic programming applies to all areas of artificial intelligence and computer science and is fundamental to them. Among the topics covered are AI applications that use logic programming, logic programming methodologies, specification, analysis and verification of systems, inductive logic programming, multi-relational data mining, natural language processing, knowledge representation, non-monotonic reasoning, semantic web reasoning, databases, implementations and architectures and constraint logic programming.
The Review of Symbolic Logic is designed to cultivate research on the borders of logic, philosophy, and the sciences, and to support substantive interactions between these disciplines. The journal welcomes submissions in any of the following areas, broadly construed:- The general study of logical systems and their semantics, including non-classical logics and algebraic logic;- Philosophical logic and formal epistemology, including interactions with decision theory and game theory;- The history, philosophy, and methodology of logic and mathematics, including the history of philosophy of logic and mathematics;- Applications of logic to the sciences, such as computer science, cognitive science, and linguistics; and logical results addressing foundational issues in the sciences. The Review welcomes submissions in all these areas. The Review began publication in June 2008. Note on length of submissions:The default length of the initial submission is 25 pages (using the RSL style.) Papers may go up to 30 pages during revisions). Longer submissions will be considered, although contributors should bear in mind that longer submissions will in general be judged by higher standards.
Journal of Functional Programming is an Open Access journal and is the only journal devoted solely to the design, implementation, and application of functional programming languages, spanning the range from mathematical theory to industrial practice. Topics covered include functional languages and extensions, implementation techniques, reasoning and proof, program transformation and synthesis, type systems, type theory, language-based security, memory management, parallelism and applications. Special tracks are devoted to tools and applications, commercial uses and education; pearl-type papers are encouraged.
Data-Centric Engineering (DCE) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to the transformative impact of data science for research and practice across all areas of engineering. Articles explore the benefits of data science methods and models for improving the reliability, resilience, safety, efficiency and usability of engineered systems.
DCE welcomes original research, translational papers focused on downstream settings, tutorial reviews, position papers and surveys of this emerging field. It is free to access, and there are no financial barriers for authors to contribute.
AI EDAM is a fully gold open access journal. It publishes original articles about significant AI theory and applications based on the most up-to-date research in all branches and phases of engineering. Suitable topics include: analysis and evaluation; selection; configuration and design; manufacturing and assembly; and concurrent engineering. Specifically, the journal is interested in the use of AI in planning, design, analysis, simulation, qualitative reasoning, spatial reasoning and graphics, manufacturing, assembly, process planning, scheduling, numerical analysis, optimization, distributed systems, multi-agent applications, cooperation, cognitive modeling, learning and creativity. AI EDAM is also interested in original, major applications of state-of-the-art knowledge-based techniques to important engineering problems.
Data & Policy is a peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to the impact of data science on policy and governance. The journal aims to promote a new theory of policy-data interactions by publishing work that considers systems of policy and data and how they relate to each other.
The journal publishes research examining the use of data for policy, and contributions that explore how data can be used in an ethical, responsible and efficient manner.
Freely available to read, share and distribute across boundaries, Data & Policy welcomes readers and contributors within and outside of academia (e.g. in international organisations, government, non-profit or private sectors, and the general public).
