Appendix 2 Funding
This project was funded by a joint call, “Getting a Grip on Disinformation,” in 2021 and 2022, by the Dutch Domain Registration Fonds (SIDN) and the Limelight Foundation. By supporting disinformation initiatives, SIDN Fund (2023) wants to contribute to a better understanding of disinformation in the Dutch context, what its impact is and how we can better equip our society to deal with it. In doing so, SIDN Fund focuses on tools that provide a grip on disinformation (or help citizens to become more resilient), and research into the mechanisms behind disinformation and awareness projects.
