Summary
A 42-year-old right-handed woman developed a persistent moderately severe headache, most severe behind her right eye. Within two days, she felt weak and nauseated. Bending over exacerbated her headache. She described a few involuntary shaking episodes, feeling very cold and sweating, suggestive of rigors. She also described an episode of contiguous spreading pins and needles down her left side.
