The Cambridge Open Engage is the early research platform from Cambridge University Press. The site offers researchers a new space to rapidly disseminate early and open research, including preprints, posters, presentations and conference papers. It is free to read and upload research, and content is posted within days once it has passed our moderation checks.
As the platform develops, we’ll be adding features that allow researchers to connect with their community, collaborate with their peers, and extend the collaborative benefits of conferences. We are using a method called co-creation to build and develop the site, which involves working with a panel of over 200 academic volunteers across disciplines to generate ideas, validate features and help us prioritize. Interested in contributing to our platforms and products? You can register to become a co-creator here .
