This Comment was published with the wrong submission date (16 June 2025). A first version was, in fact, received on 14 April 2025; a revised version was submitted on 16 June and accepted by the editors the following day.

In addition, a correction requested by the author during the proofs stage was not implemented. On the second paragraph on the eighth page, the sentence ending “…that ultimately resolved” should have read “…that ultimately resolved the dispute.” The Publisher regrets this omission.
