Abstract

This paper proposes a new process of temperature measurement of amaterial or object at microwave frequencies. This process allowsself-balancing of the temperature measurement system and takes into accountany mismatching between the antenna and the radiating object. The processuses a temperature sensor based on a monolithic integrated circuit. Atheoretical and experimental study is conducted to test this process.
