* The term ‘division’ has two different meanings which it is important to distinguish—in one case it denotes a branch of the Cogwheel organization, and in the other, an organizational split of a mental hospital. In this paper when used in the first case it is referred to as a Cogwheel division and when used in the second case it is referred to as a mental hospital ‘division’.
