Abstract

Reflections on Language Learning is a festschrift to honor the work ofAntonieta Celani, a Professor of English at the Pontifical Catholic University of SãoPaulo, Brazil, and the foremost promoter of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) in LatinAmerica. The book consists of a collection of 20 essays written by her students and colleaguesfrom around the world, most reporting on studies that were carried out for the purpose of thisvolume. The essays are equally divided into four categories: project development, teachereducation, language processing, and business interaction analysis.
