Light-Induced Current Suppression of Superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-δ Weak Link
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 28 February 2011
Abstract
The high-T oxide-superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ is expected to be a low carrier-density material having optical ana nonequilibrium properties. Light can penetrate the superconductor and can effectively excite the quasi-particles in it. To clarify the nonequilibrium phenomenon, we have studied this oxide superconductor exposed to light.
