1 In the well-known oracle (schol. ad Theocr. 14. 48):

would seem to be a mistake for ἄριστον, but ῔ριστον, but this may be due to the μενονες of line 4. In Philemon (Kock 203: Meineke Incert. cix.) the opposite error has been made.
