ASHE is seeking high quality primary research articles, review articles, and commentaries addressing health policy and legislation impacting antimicrobial resistance and stewardship, diagnostic stewardship, infection prevention, healthcare epidemiology, and workforce sustainability. Topics of interest include but are not limited to: research funding for AMR, vaccine development and uptake, vaccine access and equity, legislation pertaining to human health and infectious diseases outcomes, policies to bolster pandemic preparedness across the healthcare continuum,  policies to promote equitable health outcomes, and policies impacting the climate and human health.
